Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have 6 valley showrooms that are open 7 days a week for your convenience. To find a showroom near you, click here: Baker Bros. Showrooms

Are you open to the public?

Yes, we are open to the public.


Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not required. You may walk into any showroom or feel free to contact the showroom  closest to you to schedule an appointment.


Do you do installations?

Yes, we install all the flooring and countertop surfaces we show and sell in our showrooms.


Can I buy material only?

Yes, you may. If you want to handle the installation yourself, you can purchase all the materials you need from our showrooms.

How long does the flooring take to get?

Since most items are special orders, you can assume 5-7 business days to receive the material if it is in stock at the manufacturing facility.


How long does it take to get the flooring and install it?

From the time you make your final product selection, and assuming it is in stock, it should be about 3-5 weeks to full completion. A lot depends on the scope of work of your project. Our Design Consultants will be happy to give you more specifics.


Do you offer floor or rug cleaning services? Referrals?

We do not do floor care and maintenance. The best referral we can give you is to visit https://iicrc.org/iicrcgloballocator/ to find a certified professional near you.

Do you have samples that I can borrow?

We have a showroom filled with the best flooring samples. Samples may be borrowed but must be returned within 48 hours. We ask that you adhere to that in fairness to our other clients. There will be a charge for any sample not returned.

What is your return policy?

Other than in-stock area rugs, all products are special orders and may not be returned. In-stock area rugs may be returned, in the same condition they were purchased, within 48 hours for full credit.

Do you move furniture?

Our flooring installation teams will move your bigger items of furniture with some limitations (pianos, grandfather clocks, etc.). You will be responsible for removing all the smaller breakable items from the furniture and out of the room we are installing in.

Do you move appliances?

Yes, we will move appliances as needed. Ask your Design Consultant for more information on that.

Do your installers work for you?

All our installers are licensed, bonded, and insured contractors. While most of them have done work for Baker Bros for many years, they are not employees of the company.

Can you match my existing floor?

Unless your floor was installed within the last 30 days, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to match the existing floor exactly. While we may provide the same product, variations due to dye lots, aging, and patina changes over time mean that an exact match is not guaranteed, and we won't mislead you by suggesting otherwise.

What are your terms of sale?

All material-only purchases require payment in full prior to order. Installed projects require a 50% deposit and 50% prior to the beginning of installation.

Will my new carpet show seams?

Much like other fabrics such as clothing, upholstery, wallpaper, etc., there is no such thing as an invisible seam. All seams will be made by our installation teams in the most professional manner and will meet both industry and ROC standards.

Do you have locations all over the country?

No, we are a locally owned and family-operated company based out of Phoenix since 1945.

Do you sell area rugs? Can you make me a rug?

Yes, we do. We have approximately 400 rugs in stock in each location. We can order other sizes those rugs are available in, and we can make a custom rug in almost any size just for you.

Will you install a new floor over an existing floor?

No, Baker Bros will not install a floor over a floor. It is not recommended as you have no real idea of the soundness of your existing flooring. It is always best to install new flooring over concrete or other sound, level subfloors.

Do you provide free estimates?

We do not provide free estimates. There is a $100 fee for estimates, which is discounted if you move forward with the project

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we do. We can offer a 12-month no-interest program for any purchase and, during certain promotional periods, may offer longer terms than that. More information on financing here.

What is the warranty for the product and installation?

All flooring has a manufacturer’s warranty that may vary residentially from 10+ years to lifetime. Your Design Consultant can give you specific information on each product and can provide additional literature as needed. Our installation warranty is 2 years as required by the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
